Flights & Arrival

• Fly into Bangkok (many options from Europe) then connect to Chiang Mai (1 hr 10 min).

• Arrive the day before your tour start. We’ll collect you from the airport, railway station, or hotel.

Insurance

• Basic Thai motor insurance is included.

• You must bring your own travel/medical insurance (with documents).

• A refundable bike deposit of 10,000 THB/£200 is required before the tour.

Licenses

• Full motorcycle license required (unlimited cc).

• International Driving Permit (1949) recommended.

Visas

• Most Western riders (43 countries including UK) can enter visa-free for 30 days, extendable to 60.

• For longer stays, check with your local Thai embassy.

Spending Money

• Most costs are included. Bring cash for alcohol, gifts, and tips.

• Exchange currency in Thailand (better rates).

Gear

• Enduro tours: free off-road gear available.

• Road tours: helmets, gloves, some jackets provided. Bring lightweight, breathable clothing and sturdy boots.

Accommodation & Food

• Comfortable guesthouses or boutique resorts (single occupancy).

• All meals, snacks, and soft drinks included.

• Thai food is fresh and plentiful, with Western options available.

Riding Ability

• Tours suit experienced riders, but routes can be tailored.

• Training sessions available for off-road beginners.

What’s Included

• Airport transfers, support truck, fuel, accommodation, meals, entrance fees, guides, and bikes.

Not Included

• Flights, alcohol, souvenirs, tips, and personal insurance.

Road & Trail Conditions

• Expect potholes, livestock, and unpredictable terrain. Full briefing provided before the ride.

Extras

• Electrical voltage: 230v, bring a 2-pin adapter.

• Always smile and be courteous — it goes a long way in Thailand.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Booking & Payment

• A booking is confirmed once we receive your completed form and deposit.

• The remaining balance must be paid before the tour starts (on or before arrival in Chiang Mai).

Cancellations

• More than 60 days before tour: refund minus 20% admin fee.

• 60–30 days before tour: refund minus 40%.

• Less than 30 days: no refund.

• Exceptions may be agreed in writing at booking stage.

Insurance

• You must have travel/medical insurance covering repatriation, ambulance, and air recovery.

• Basic Thai motor insurance is included (does not cover bike damage).

• Riders are responsible for bike/truck damage caused by reckless or careless riding.

Tour Operations

• Routes may change due to weather, terrain, or group conditions. The tour leader’s decision is final.

• Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund.

• The company cannot be held responsible for flight delays, personal expenses, or force majeure events (natural disasters, unrest, etc.).

Responsibility & Liability

• Riders participate at their own risk and must confirm they are medically fit.

• The company accepts responsibility only where loss or injury is directly caused by its own error.

Complaints

• Any issues should be raised immediately with the tour leader.

• Formal complaints must be submitted in writing within 30 days of return.
